After serving more than 20 years in the United States Air Force as a strategic intelligence analyst, I transitioned my focus to real estate investing, creative financing, and helping property owners solve complex real estate challenges.
Today I am a Utah real estate investor, licensed Realtor, private lender, educator, and active member of several real estate investment organizations. My goal is simple: give note holders straight answers, fair offers, and a respectful & diligent experience from start to finish.
